For over 30 years, Jean Batoon-Hamilton has been dedicated to serving the elderly community in Sacramento. Her passion for senior care began in her youth, assisting her mother, Julita, in their family-operated care homes. In 1996, Jean became a licensed administrator and took on a leading role in the family business.
While managing care homes, she pursued her education at California State University, Sacramento, earning a bachelor’s degree in Health Science with dual concentrations in Health Care Administration and Occupational Health & Safety, along with a Minor in Gerontology.
As a Licensed Administrator in California for both Elderly and Adult Residential Care, Jean has owned and operated Assisted Living and Adult Developmentally Disabled homes, working with individuals across various levels of care. Her extensive experience and deep commitment to quality care ensure that every resident receives the compassion, support, and dignity they deserve.
Throughout her career, Jean has continually evolved to meet the changing needs of her residents, achieving significant milestones, expanding her services, and building a legacy of trust and excellence in the community.

What We Process
Comprehensive Care To Ensure Well-being
We begin with a thorough assessment of each resident’s health, personal preferences, & care requirements.
Once the assessment is complete, our team of medical professionals & care staff work together to design a care plan.
From assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, & meal preparation to providing medication.
Our skilled care staff continually monitors the health and well-being of all residents, offering regular check-ups.
